CTD324, Happy Valentine's Day...

Red, White, and Black are the colors for the color throw down this week.  Seeing how Valentine's Day is not too far off, I went with that theme.  This is a Penny Black stamp.  I added a few brads, some ribbon, and a sentiment from SU.  Thanks for looking.

Mojo379, Patterns and Colors...

This card was made for the Mojo Monday Sketch, #379.  I started this card by looking through some of my old designer papers.  The colors of card stock I used were lagoon and mustard.  The vanilla piece in the bg has the sanded stamp used on it and then it was embossed.  My closest panel had the eggs and bird stamped on it from the SU Nature Walk set.  I used a piece of SU lace to top it off with.  Thanks for looking!!  :>)

WT512, Orchids Abound...

This is another card for the Ways To Use it challenge.  This is a huge stampedes stamp that I have never used.  I water colored it and placed it on a sheet of embossed sky.

This was for the ways to use it challenge.  We were to use something new.  My embossing folder is new.  My sentiment has never been used before either.

CTD323, Christmas Wishes...

This card is for Color Throw Down Challenge #323.  The way I interpreted the colors was to use kraft, suede, blush, and coral.  I made a non traditional Christmas card.  I sprinkled some glitter on top, but as usual that can't be seen too well.  Thanks for looking.  I hope you all have a blessed Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year!!

Mojo Monday Challenge 376, Bright Geraniums...

What a fun sketch this was for the Mojo Monday Challenge.  We have been having such dark gray days, that I decided I would use some bright colors to help cheer me up.  I centered my card around the dp I found.  I decided to use Marcella Hawley's beautifully drawn geraniums from the Power Poppy line of stamps.  It was my first time using it, and I watercolored it.  Oh how I love flowers, and she draws the best images.  Thanks for looking!!

CTD322 - Merry Poinsettia...

This card was made for the color throw down of the week.  At first I thought the colors might be tough to arrange.  I went at it in a much more complicated fashion.  Then I decided to use my much loved poinsettia image and I simplified my thinking.  I like how it turned out.
