Unity Stamp Co. picked a beautiful color palette for their color challenge this week. The colors are not labeled with names, but I took them as summer sun, more mustard, crumb cake, and sage shadow. I used their stamp set called Feel the Love. I first stamped on vanilla the image with various colors on it. I then sponged my colors of choice, and then heat embossed the image and sentiment again. I did a little dry embossing as well, and used an antique brad. I just love these colors. Thanks for looking!! Don't be afraid to jump in on some color challenges this fall.My name is Kim, otherwise known as Luv Flowers on SCS. I have a love of flowers and I like to stamp them, color them, grow them, and take photos of them. One thing I do not do is smell them, I let my boy Alfie do that. I'm allergic.

Gorgeous card Kim. Love those colors! Great idea to stamp, sponge and then heat emboss image ... makes for loads of depth with the image - very creative! Loll xx
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, this is beautiful. The sponged background is picture perfect and really shows off those wonderful images!
