This card was done for the Timeless Tuesday challenge over at Flourishes. We were to use something from around the house in our project. I chose coffee grounds and got them from a K-Cup. I think this would have worked really well with the poppies too. I chose a piece of dp from the Indian Summer pack from Basic Grey. The other papers are pink pirouette, always artichoke and sahara sand all from SU. I also used two of their regular brads as well as an antique brad. I used a sentiment from the Teeny Weeny Wishes and punched it out. I then used twine and an artichoke ribbon to attach it to my project. The lovely images are water colored with the same SU colors. Thanks for looking!! Hopefully we will all be able to view the real thing before too long.
My name is Kim, otherwise known as Luv Flowers on SCS. I have a love of flowers and I like to stamp them, color them, grow them, and take photos of them. One thing I do not do is smell them, I let my boy Alfie do that. I'm allergic.

FLLC, Sweet Peas - Fresh, Spring, Sweet Peas...
This must be one of my favorite floral images when you count the times I've colored it. I water colored this for no other reason than to entertain myself with something pretty, fresh, and spring like. I used the SU colors of pink, regal rose, orchid, banana, and pear pizzazz. I embossed the pear panel. I kept it simple because I wanted all the focus to go to the pretty flowers. Thanks for looking! Hope we will all be enjoying spring soon.
