FS464, Pat Vilbaum - Your Kindness

This was my first time using this stamp set from SU.  They are clear stamps, and I have already managed to lose one of them.  It may be my last time using this set.  Pat was our featured stamper today, and I cased her grunge flowers, http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2689671?&cat=500&ppuser=85060  The colors I used here are limeade, pool party, and Bermuda Bay.  This is the Lotus set.  I used a stencil to achieve my bg.

CTD372 - Christmas Holly...

Christmas Holly - This is the image for the 372nd Color Throw Down Challenge.  Our colors were a hot pink, soft blue/green and silver an gold.  What a pretty color combination.  I heat embossed the image in a silver glitter embossing powder.  I colored the image in with markers, and then trimmed up the card with some gold ribbon and a gold brad.  I like the clean look.  Thanks for looking and have a blessed Christmas.

CTD369, SUO - Vintage Leaves

I stamped my vintage leaves and then used the dies to cut them up.  I popped up a couple of them, with dimensionals.  Those are really the only dies I own and I enjoy the leaves a lot.

CTD351, F4A282, Leaves and Butterflies...

I like these three colors, but I wasn't sure how I was going to work with them at first.  I combined this challenge with the free for all on Friday's SCS.  We were to use something that flies.  I embossed white leaves on my purple card stock and stamped pixie pink leaves on white.  I did some fussy cutting and that's pretty much it - except for the dimensionals I almost always end up using.  The set was Kinda Eclectic from SU - such a fun one.  Thanks for looking!!

Tasty Trumpet Vine...

I recently colored this Inkadinkado image with my Derwent watercolor pencils.  I love how vivid those pencils are.  I am passionate about hummingbirds and flowers, so this was a real joy for me to color.  Thanks of looking.

Dots Galore - Retro Sketch 171, Colour Queen Challenge 297, Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Dots

I've had the luxury of a stamping day today so went on a search to see what challenges were available.  I combined three of them:  the CQC297, RS171, and Simon Says dots for Wednesday.  How fun!!  I was actually surprised to see how well this came together for me.  Maybe it was because most of the decisions were already made for me.  Thanks so much for looking!!

CTD349, Nature's Silhouettes

Today's card for the color throw down is #349.  I think the color palette is a nice fresh spring or summer grouping.  I used a set that is new to me from SU called World of Dreams.

CTD345, Flower Power...

This was such a fun challenge that I decided to do another card.  I embossed my red flowers and then simply stamped the green ones.  I used some black splotches, arranged my panels on an angle and called it done.  Great colors!!  Thanks for the challenge.  :>)

CTD345, Best Wishes...

I started by stamping my berries and coloring in only the leaves with green pencil.  I then used my stencil and sponged some of the red.  All panels were put on an angle.  Two punches were used.
